Discover Your Strengths, Presented by Liz Davis, President, Junior League of Olympia.  Friday, 3:00 – 5:00

Discover Your StrengthsDo you do what you do best every day?  Chances are, you don’t.  From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths.  To help people uncover their talents, Gallup introduced the StrengthsFinder assessment in the 2001 management book Now, Discover Your Strengths.  The book ignited a global conversation, while StrengthsFinder helped millions discover their top five talents.  Before class, you will take the StrengthsFinder assessment.  Then, during the course, you will learn to apply the information you learn about yourself to maximize your strengths each day—at home, at work, and in the League. To participate in this training, you will need to purchase a new Strenghtsfinder 2.0 book.  The book contains a code to take an assessment online.  The code only works one time, so please do not order a used book!  Click here to order on Amazon.com.  You will need to send your assessment results to Liz in advance of the training.
