Testimonials

These events would not have been possible without the support and sponsorship of the Junior League of Olympia. Thank you!! We look forward to more successful collaborations in the future.

Gail Gosney, Coordinator, Thurston County Network

Thank you again for the long-term commitment Junior League has made to helping the children of Evergreen Vista. The children I am serving often go to bat with two strikes against them, but with the help and encouragement of groups like the Junior League I believe that these children will be successful because it takes only one strike to hit the ball!

Paul Grudis, Resident Services, Evergreen Vista Apartments

Wow, what a very special evening!!! Great job to you and the Junior League for bringing together some very wonderful people of our community. To see the smiles, hear the laughter, and feel the love in the room was nothing short of amazing. You created an event that will be remembered by many for a very long time. I so appreciate the invitation and the extremely warm welcome from everyone. I know throughout the Christmas season I will often think about the evening and smile. The members of the Junior League deserve a huge pat on the back and have earned a heart felt thank you for being so kind and caring.

Tumwater Mayor, Ralph Osgood, about the Annual Foster Kids Holiday Party

The work that Junior League has done for the foster children in Thurston County continues to touch everyone who attends these events young and old. The time and energy that is put into purchasing the one gift a graduate needs, or decorating cookies with a foster child at the Holiday party can’t be measured. Be assured that the appreciation and gratitude goes out to Junior League of Olympia from the Social Workers, foster parents and foster kids of Thurston County.
